We are all connected

We are all connected, and are all one. No one person is better than another. There is an infinite source of universal energy that binds us all as one. When human kind learn how to tap into an utilize t…his energy then we will evolve in a giant Spiritual leap. It is coming. This leap will involve new thought forms, new ways of learning, and educating the young, new unseen before inventions, and love. We are in the stagnant time before a higher energy will move us forward again…. if you are feeling lost, in despair, as if there is no purpose, just wait, wait in this space for things will begin to unfold to reveal your new direction and purpose. Patience and being able to sit in stagnant energy is a necessary discipline.

SET YOUR OWN PACE OF PERSONAL GROWTH

… It is OK to grow at your own pace and in your own time. Just as some babies walk before others, we all grow in our own time and in our own way. Therefore comparison serves no purpose other than to hold you back. As an adult, who cares who was the first to crawl or walk anyway?
Feeling as though “you have to” is not growth, it will only bound you.

Affirmation: “I am safe to grow at my own pace. I accept that there will always be those who grow faster or slower than me. Who I am and how much I love and respect myself is not conditional on my rate of growth. I allow my own inner voice to guide me, taking one step at a time and enjoying my very own unique pace”.

The “paralysis of analysis”

The “paralysis of analysis” is a trap we can all fall into when our relationships are not meeting our needs. When a partner is elusive, changes their behavior, or is abusive, this can lead to confusion and our need to become dependent on “the outcome” as opposed to what needs to be healed now. Or we become so engrossed in looking at and analyzing every single little …detail that our energy becomes stagnant and stuck. We go around and around in the same circles over and over. It can consume us.

As a reader I have learnt the lesson that to tune into such things only has me tuning into that stagnant energy. It serves no higher purpose, and puts enormous pressure on the reader, as the clients energy often is pushing, pushing forward full of their own desires for the outcome. This clouds the energies, and the client can enter an addictive type scenario, relying on the reader to “fill” the gap that is missing, and therefore missing the point. I have often given guidance from Spirit that has fallen on deaf ears, as the client has reverted back to the same old questions again.

If this continues Spirit tends to pull back and the answers coming through will become distorted.
Therefore it is important to draw a line, as often the person in this situation will not be open to hearing what they do not want to and will consistently be living in the hopeful future as opposed to acknowledging and healing their emotions in the now.

As I reader I will offer guidance from Spirit and it is entirely up to the client if they use this or not. A reader’s role is not to fix things for you, this is your journey.

You yourself do have a Spiritual connection, so you too can ask Spirit for things to be revealed that you are uncertain of, however it is up to you how you handle things.

Remember we are all on a path of growth; emotions are there to be healed. Relationships serve a higher purpose to heal what is needed. When this is realized then personal transformation can take place.

There is always a bigger picture, and if you are wiling to grow then the time will come when you can look back, see the person you were then and compare that to how much you have grown, for when we transform ourselves, we find we are no longer the person we once were.

QUESTION: 

IS TIME SPEEDING UP OR ARE WE JUST PACKING MORE THINGS AND MORE STRESS INTO A SMALLER AMOUNT OF TIME, SO WE HAVE BECOME SO BUSY IT JUST FEELS LIKE THERE IS NOT ENOUGH TIME IN THE DAY ANYMORE? HAVE WE ONLY CREATED THIS ILLUSION FOR OURSELVES?

 

… “When you think about it, because of things such as the internet gives instantaneous results, in comparison to the days when we would take the time to write a letter, then go and post it. The more time would go by until it was received then that person would in their own good time write back to you, and so the process would continue….

Cars are much faster, we can travel from one side of the planet to the other in shorter amounts of time.

 

These days we seem to be in such a rush to get everything done, there is so much information for us to absorb via television, internet, and radio, everywhere. This in itself speeds the mind up with so much to think about. A mind that is too busy is a stressful mind.

I found that when on holiday if I do nothing by the clock and all on “my own time”, then it feels like a real break. Time does not stand still of course, but it appears to go much slower.

 

I know the world clock has to be adjusted by “leap seconds” every few years we have had one this year, but that is hardly changing time by a great amount.

I have written this just to ask the question, to see what you think and feel about this, you decide”…….

“What you discern as “time” in your reality or frequency is part of what actually creates that reality. It is the very platform of which you exist within your realm or dimension.  It differs from that within the Spirit Realms, hence the “veil” that is often mentioned that “separates” the two worlds.

In other realms there is no time, or the time is of a different substance (that is vibration and movement).

 

Time itself on Earth is not speeding up, however your sense of urgency within is. This is simply because you’re conscious minds are expanding to be able to release, receive and transmit information from not only your subconscious but an inner knowing or soul consciousness.

 

Those in the Spiritual Realms are able to talk to you with greater ease now, thus causing restlessness within you.

This desire and higher awareness is causing you to feel as though time is speeding up, as you inner connection connects with those who exist in the higher and finer frequencies of the Spiritual Realms.

 

This speeding up of your own lives is also a reflection of wanting to engage in the communication of this sort, with those you “know” and connected to in Spirit but the distractions of everyday living on earth interrupts this natural path of evolution.

 

Some of you are experiencing a longing that is the voice of those of your Soul Groups trying to contact you.  You feel something is missing, but because you may not remember your entire Soul group the messages come through as a deep yearning.

The task is to learn to “discern what is truth”, this takes patience and practice, however once mastered will assist in your efforts of raising the consciousness of humanity, and therefore heal the planet and yourselves”

“Taking off your Rose Colored Glasses”If as a child you may have had parents behaved in ways that made you unhappy. They may have been strict, abusive, elusive, they may have had addictions that made them changeable all of the time. You may have found out some things about your parent or parents that were not nice.

Many children in order to cope and survive, and because of their natural love of their parents will block the truth out and paint a prettier picture of denial and come up with another story to glass it all over. How could a child possibly believe otherwise, through all of the confusion? Your parents may have lied to you, and glossed things over too in order to protect you from their truth which they could not face themselves.

You all may have simply been victims of simply conforming to the society at the time that allowed people no rights to express how they were truly feeling.Many children have carried this (rose colored glasses) behavior through into their adult life and relationships,often ending up in unhappy ones but still pushing that habit of making the reality a fantasy and seeing through distorted vision.

Affirmation: “I now look at my relationship through the eyes of an adult and not a confused and frightened child. I will no longer lie to myself or anyone else. Living in a fantasy is painful, and I gradually work on the obstacles that stand in the way of telling myself the truth”.

When we can look at our parents, warts and all then we are looking at them from an adult perspective, and we come to a place of acceptance of the truth. Adult to adult. It is in this place that we can begin to look at issues head on, see the truth, work through the process of healing ourselves.

By taking off our Rose colored glasses, we clear our soul and are more connected in with the higher flow of true Spirit. We learn to trust ourselves and our intuition, and we feel happier and more at peace within.

It is harmful to put a person down.  It is also just as  harmful to build a person up to lead them to believe they are gifted at something they are not.
You and your children all have unique talents that you have brought into the world, the aim is to identify those talents and nurture them in their truth.
When we compliment those for the truth of their gifts, then they find their life purpose. Those who are belittled and put down or had their ego built up in falseness, only to fall are left damaged and bewildered, and searching for their true selves.

We all need to take time to slow down and ground ourselves, regardless of whether you are a practicing psychic, light worker, healer or clairvoyant or not.  Energy is everywhere, in all forms and we are all a part of this.  One good way to ground is to try to keep balance in your life.  Many of us get so busy that our energy becomes scattered, this is where anxiety, tiredness, confusion and depression can come to the forefront.  I am a real advocate for honoring all levels of ourselves, and when things get over whelming I “go back to the basics”, ground myself then have a look at what aspect of myself is taking precedent over the others – Is it mental? Emotional?  Physical? or Spiritual?

When we are not grounded our Spirit is not sitting comfortably within our body and we are susceptible to picking up and carrying all sorts of energies.  This may sound strange but when you consider that our physical bodies are literally made of the elements associated with the earth, and we have a Spirit that resides there for this life time, it makes sense.

 

The first step is to become aware that you are feeling scattered, or out of sorts.  Slow down, and take time for you.  Visualize a ball of purest white/golden light of your Creator coming down through your crown chakra or through the top of your head then filling your body up completely with this light.  Let the light intensify around your heart area, then watch it flow down through the rest of your body, as it comes out of your feet it forms roots that blend and secure you to Mother Earth.  Let a feeling of Peace come over you.

This exercise allows you to connect and acknowledge your God Source/Creator and at the same time acknowledge the Earth, thus bringing the connection between the two as one which in effect is you.  As you have been created through this connection.

 

On another level, also take this opportunity to reassess what areas are being neglected.  Self care is paramount.  Are you looking after your physical health?  Are you worrying too much instead of stimulating your mind with positive thoughts and ideas?  What has happened to upset you emotionally that you need to consider and acknowledge rather than shut it away?  Is your mind in the clouds spiritually, and do you need to “come back down to earth”?

Take time out in nature, it will re-energize you.

 

All of these techniques are for your own well being, and can assist you.  The grounding technique is a good daily exercise to do in the morning, it need only take a couple of minutes, and it is an excellent way of staying balanced and connected

Why are you here?

A message from Spirit.

When you come through from the Spirit Realms to earth; via birth you are omitting a certain frequency or brightness and volume of light.  You have come through from the Spirit Realms reflecting the level of Spiritual Mastery that you have accomplished up until now.  This light that you hold is just enough light to hold “your true self” and just enough light to allow in the denser energy that will form your life lessons.  This inner light is transmitting a frequency that holds all of the information about your soul.

As earthly beliefs and ways merge into your being, your light is still there but it is hidden away by a shroud of the denser earthly or what you may have heard third or fourth dimensional energies.  Herein lays your pathway on earth.  It is this dense energy that forms the “veil” between earth and the world of Spirit. It is this energy that forms your life on earth, your reality.

Your “lessons” are that of which you have agreed to learn from on your Journey here.  Your mission is to identify,   address and transcend through those lessons.  In doing so, not only do you take off a layer of the denser earthly energy shroud, you in fact are dissolving your own veil between yourself and Spirit. You then move up into a higher frequency and realm or state of Spiritual being.

Once achieved, this will reflect in your everyday life, and will result in change.  Those of you who have chosen an accelerated path of growth are the very ones who have had the hardest of paths.  You are not only on a mission to learn your lessons; your mission is to bring more wisdom and light onto the earth plane.  You want to be a part of the good things that are on offer, you have a love and connection for the earth and you don’t want to miss the boat so to speak.  So you have chosen to take on board as many lessons as you can spiritually cope with in your lifetime. You unconsciously know this and this is why you may experience times of “craving” knowledge. This is the difference between those who spiritually only talk the talk, and those who  are willing to truly  live their spirituality by experience and walk the walk.

Once you have moved up a frequency or a higher realm, you are able to hold a greater amount and higher frequency of light.  By increasing the amount of light you hold moves you closer to the Realms of the Angels, Higher Guides, light beings and your Creator.  It is in this light that LOVE is the primary frequency and healing takes place.

The greatest gift you can give to yourself and to humanity at this time is to make a commitment to transcend through the pain, confusion and thought forms that keep the earthly shroud in place.

It does not matter where you are at in your life, you can at any time begin to reawaken your connection to Spirit.

This is why on earth there are “readers” or “light workers” who have agreed to be the medium or transmitter between worlds.  So that they can bring messages from the Higher Spiritual Realms to assist you achieve your goals.

Right now on earth the energies and frequencies being transmitted from the Angelic Realms and Masters is coming through at a more increased rate.  This is because they are calling us all to reawaken. Your own Souls are calling you.

Be vigilant in your calling, discern what is right and what is not, and dedicate yourself to yourself and your life mission.  You have a role, a purpose and a calling……

SELF AWARENESS IS ONE OF THE MOST POWERFUL HEALING TOOLS IN THE UNIVERSE

Spiritual awareness is also awareness of the self.

Often people will project their feelings or expectation onto someone else when they are seeking fulfillment of some sort within themselves. All of their awareness becomes focused on another person, to fill that need and then analyzing and the “he said, she said”, blame game starts.

This only serves to take you out of your Spiritual Centre.  You need to ask yourself, why do I want to be so distracted from myself?  What is it inside of me that I am avoiding and yet it is crying out to be noticed?  Why do I get so drawn into other people’s dramas or energy?  What is it I achieve from that?

Spirit are here to help you indentify what is holding you back, and to give you an awareness of yourself, so that you can again find balance, and happiness. My role as a reader is part of that.  Remember I cannot fix what your responsibility is; I can however give you Spiritual guidance and insight to assist you.

Know that it is entirely up to you if you take what is given to you.  Your repeated patterns are revealing to you what needs healed and what is not working in your life.

I did a reading for a woman whose love life just kept repeating the same things over and over.  When I pointed out issues to be healed, she flatly refused because that is the way she is and men just have to accept that.  The trouble was, she kept attracting elusive type men, it would start out strong and passionate, and then because she became so demanding they would walk away. The more they walked away the more panicked she became and would constantly contact them.   I am not saying it is all her doing as it takes two to tango, but there was an awful lot of “it’s all his fault” coming from her. Besides this was her reading, her lessons to be pointed out.

Her lessons were self awareness – do not dive in heart first, monitor your moods, look back to your childhood and see if you can remember times when you felt this way, what happened that made you feel this insecure?

No matter what I said, she simply would not accept this, and kept taking the focus back to this man.  This is where people become stuck, and as a reader  I need to bow out.  This is where people can become dependant on your every word and it is not healthy or in their best interest. 

 ”When this woman is ready to heal she will”.

In coming times Spirit will be handing more responsibility over to you to sort your healing, as they want us all to fine tune our intuition.  There has been a dramatic shift in energy recently, and it is pointing towards us all becoming more self aware and therefore taking more responsibility for ourselves and our planet. We can expect things to change more rapidly than before, this is designed to test us, and change our priorities and perspective so that we become spiritually centered.  This is why many of you have experienced so many dramatic events over the past few years. This is why you are seeking a new level of fulfillment.

This is why in my readings I am often shown your feelings and your current view point.  The Spirit gives me advice on how you can help yourself.

Spirit keeps stressing to me the importance of this higher awareness – self awareness.

Work on your personal value system, your priorites, your self worth,  your self image, do it all with love and respect for yourself first and foremost.

Work on Healing Yourself, and we all heal.  We all have a role to play on this Spiritual Journey and as we release our fears, and heal then that role becomes more apparent.

If you want to be closer to Spirit, if you want your intuition to speak more clearly to you, if you seek happiness and love, then the work begins with you.  Spirit is always with you, they know you exist.   Have faith in your own courage and set yourself free.
