Sometimes you don't need a full session. You just need to Recharge

The Recharge is a focused 30-minute distance Reiki session designed to clear what's sitting heavy, restore your energy, and leave you feeling like you again.

What's included:

• 30 minutes of distance Reiki energy healing
• Intention-setting before your session
• A brief written / voice note summary of what came through

Perfect for you if: You're feeling flat or foggy, you've got a lot on your mind and you know something needs to shift or you just are treating yourself to a bit of energetic loving.

How it works

Once you've booked, I'll confirm your session within 24 hours. Your Reiki will be completed within 2–3 working days (often sooner), and you'll receive a notification when it's done along with your written energy summary.

Distance Reiki doesn't require you to be available at a set time — I'll hold the session on my end and the energy finds its way to you regardless. Because of this, I don't take same-time bookings for distance sessions. If you'd prefer to arrange a specific time together, feel free to send me a message and we can organise something that works for us both.
